Consider this:

When you get upset do you find that someone has to be at fault?

Is it possible to just experience the emotions surrounding the issue and not look to find fault?

The next time you get angry and want to blame someone do this little exercise:

Point your finger at the person you blame, and then look down at your hand, do you notice that there are three fingers pointing back at you?*

Now ask yourself this introspective question:

Could it be the fault you find in others is what you also find in yourself?

*your middle, ring, and pinky fingers are all folded in nicely, and pointed directly at you!

I like the analogy of the hand and 3 fingers!  I thnk when people get upset they either blame themselves or someone else.  I wonder what would happen if we got upset and not blamed anyone?  Would that take the steam out of the anger?
